eCareSoft, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions for the small hospital market, today announced the launch of its national "eCS Preferred Partner" program. The channel partner program provides support and training to best-of-class providers seeking an affordable EHR solution to expand their network of small and rural hospitals.

eCareSoft offers its eCS Preferred Partners protected territories and extensive support including: co-branded marketing materials, ad slicks & banner ads, technical support, feedback surveys, live partner discussions, e-learning tutorials, demo and training tools, and collaborative planning assistance.

eCS Preferred Partner status requires providers to complete a robust training and certification program. Training includes product knowledge as well as end-user training and support guidance. Partners can be trained and up-and-running within one week with eCareSoft's inpatient EHR in their portfolios.

"We're excited about the rollout of our preferred partner program," stated Jorge Luis Camargo, VP and Founder of eCareSoft.  "By hand-selecting the top providers in the marketplace to represent our products, customer can be assured of the same quality of services and support that they've grown to expect from eCareSoft," added Camargo.
