IUFoST Conference to focus on latest innovations in food technology

The International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) will bring some of the best minds in academia and industry to China, to present the latest innovations in food technology and discuss pressing issues faced by the industry. IUFoST Conference is organised as part of the trade show Food ingredients Asia-China, Health and Natural ingredients China, held on 21-23 June 2011 in Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

The conference brings high-level critical information essential for doing business both inside and outside of China. Issues addressed include current and future consumer trends and needs, innovative technologies and products, the development of cost effective means to move a concept to a product, regulatory and policy challenges and effective marketing.
