NYC REACH selects Criterions EHR as partner company

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

NYC REACH, the Regional Extension Center overseen by the Primary Care Information Project at the NYC Health Department, has selected the Criterions EHR as a partner company. The NYC REACH program is designed to assist metropolitan practices with the adoption of EHR technology and the achievement of government Meaningful Use incentives. An opportunity open to hundreds of EHR vendors, Criterions went through an open competitive process and met strict requirements exceeding the national Meaningful Use certification standards.

NYC REACH chose systems that not only meet the requirements for Meaningful Use, but also give physicians tools to practice preventive medicine, manage chronic conditions and coordinate care. Doctors shopping for an EHR can receive free assistance from NYC REACH to help identify an EHR that is right for their practice.

Aggressively priced, Criterions needs only a browser for medical records, billing document management and task management. The Criterions suite can be hosted at the physician's office or on Criterions' cloud data centers.

Criterions Product Manager Mark Greenleaf states, "We are very pleased to have been selected as an NYC REACH EHR Partner as it is a recognition of our efforts to be more than just another EHR system. Criterions products strive to give providers all of the tools available to adopt the latest technology without any loss in patient volume. Our implementation processes allow a short training cycle for the staff and physicians. Working with NYC REACH will give providers even greater resources to help them achieve not only Meaningful Use compliance, but also success within their own practice."

Founded in Great Neck, NY, Criterions LLC (http://www.criterions.com/) has been providing all sizes of practices with management and EHR tools for over 25 years.
