Amadeus Consulting develops Android version of iBirth

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

Amadeus Consulting, a custom software development company, recently developed iBirth for Android™ a mobile application for Lula B, LLC. Created by two mothers in Boulder, Colorado, Lula B wanted an app to help women through the childbirth process to ensure they have the information available for a safe, healthy, and empowering pregnancy.

In 2009, Lula B developed an iPhone™ version of the iBirth app, but the company needed a version of iBirth that could run on the Android™ platform.

"We turned to Amadeus Consulting to develop the Android version of iBirth because we liked the idea of working with a mobile app development company that has extensive experience in Android app development experience, but also was able to work within our limited budget and tight deadline," said Judith Nowlin, CEO of Lula B. "Not only was the Amadeus Consulting team collaborative, but they finished the app two weeks before our deadline."

With the delivery of the Android version of iBirth, Lula B is now able to concentrate on its ultimate goal of enterprise delivery through major medical companies and clinicians - expanding healthcare support from the four walls of a Doctor's office into the patient's purse or back pocket. The iBirth app sells for about five dollars.
