RXMap helps increase medication adherence for older Americans

In a recent poll of Americans 65 years old and older, researches found that 51% take at least five different prescription drugs regularly. Fifty seven percent of those polled admit that they forget to take their medications.

It is important to take your medications correctly and as prescribed to maintain good health. This is often refered to as medication adherence. If you do not take them the right way, your symptoms could get worse. Or, it could lead to a hospital stay or a nursing home admission.

RXMap is a state-of-the-art robotics system that dispenses medications into clear, sealed, pill cups on a calendar-style punch card.
