Legal-Bay, The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, announced today that they will be donating a portion of their October sales to assist with the fight of Breast Cancer for women.  Legal-Bay has been active assisting women victims of both the Transvaginal Mesh and Depuy Hip Implant Litigations, by getting them legal assistance if needed, pre-settlement funding to pay bills, and also providing them with much needed surgical funding to obtain the proper corrective surgery's to live a healthy life again.  The company's willingness to donate a portion of all lawsuit funding sales for October to the breast cancer awareness month "cause" shows a deep commitment to assisting women on all levels.

Legal-Bay recently announced a surgical funding program for women who are without insurance and are desperately in need of corrective surgery to remove the defective vaginal mesh or DePuy hip implant.  Legal-Bay is one of the few companies who have assisted clients and law firms with this service.  Patty Kirby, Head of Client Relations commented, "Law firms have referred clients to us who simply don't have the funds to pay for a corrective surgery and have no place else to turn.  By assisting these women with getting the needed surgical funding not only can they live a healthy life again – but also increases their case value.  It is very rewarding to be able to assist these women with this invaluable pre-settlement funding service – and to be able to donate a portion of our sales to Breast Cancer for the month of October only adds to this."
