DNA Diagnostics Center launches new Paternity Test Kit

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), the world's largest DNA Paternity Testing Company, announces the launch of a new Paternity Test Kit to be sold in national retail stores, expanding the company's reach in the marketplace.

In-store paternity sample collection kits are more common than ever before, and DDC is creating a user-friendly package that provides the right level of product education with only an $89 laboratory fee. DDC tests all DNA samples twice, with an average Power of Exclusion greater than 99.9999%. Results will be available within 2 business days (1 day available) at www.myDNAtest.com.

In a world where consumers want information at an accelerated level, DDC is one of the first companies to allow customers to register online - no longer having to complete a paper form - and choose their preferred method to receive test status updates via text or email.

Dr. Michael Baird, the Chief Science Officer of DDC, and considered the country's foremost expert in DNA and paternity testing, proclaims that "DDC provides the only home paternity test in the US market that is always tested twice, and a serious tool that could change the dynamic of the customer's family forever." Dr. Baird was the first person to testify in a criminal DNA case in the U.S., and since 1987, has been involved in more than 300 court cases involving DNA and paternity.

David Silver, Vice President of Marketing states, "We are thrilled to expand our sales outreach and have forged business relationships with online and traditional store retailers. We take pride in offering a convenient and private paternity test which includes many useful features like online registration and status updates for mobile phone users. Our customers want their information quickly and DDC will do everything we can to meet their needs."

For those consumers who live in New York State, the only state in the United States that requests a court-approved version of the kit to be sold, a special edition of the DDC Paternity Test Kit will be available. However, for those around the country who also want a test that can be recognized in court, Silver further adds that "once the consumer purchases the kit, DDC will offer a special price consideration for customers to upgrade to a legal, court-admissible paternity test."
