Cardiome Pharma receives reimbursement status for BRINAVESS in Belgium

Cardiome Pharma Corp. (NASDAQ: CRME / TSX: COM) today announced the approval of BRINAVESS™ for reimbursement by Belgium's national compulsory health care and benefits insurance authority, The National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (Institut National d'Assurance Maladie Invalidité or INAMI). As a result of this decision, BRINAVESS™ is expected to be listed for reimbursement in Belgium as of June 1, 2015.

"We are pleased to have received reimbursement status for BRINAVESS in Belgium and are working diligently to have it available shortly to physicians there for the management of their recent-onset atrial fibrillation patients," said Juergen Polifka, Cardiome's General Manager, Europe. "Cardiome remains committed to making BRINAVESS available in all of the key European markets."
