The CBS Television Stations group and Health Media Network (HMN), one of the country's fastest growing digital Point of Care Media companies, today announced a new partnership that will bring health and wellness information, healthcare news and entertainment content from local CBS-owned stations to over 12,000 medical locations throughout the country.

HMN provides patient education in physician waiting rooms and large medical practices through digital TVs, a Healthy Living Wallboard Network, HMN Mobile Health platform and Doctor Discussion Guides. HMN currently reaches 350M+ yearly consumers and 55,000 physicians in medical offices and healthcare systems nationwide.

As a major feature of this partnership, HMN will distribute CBS Television Stations content across more than 12,000 locations, providing additional high quality health and lifestyle content to consumers in waiting rooms across the country. This alliance includes a cross-marketing agreement that creates opportunities for both brands to leverage each other's products in strategic sales efforts.

"We are extremely pleased to partner with Health Media Network to make our award-winning content available on yet another great platform so that millions of people in the markets we serve can stay connected to our stations," said Peter Dunn, President, CBS Television Stations. "This strategic alliance will enhance our CBS Health Solutions vertical which provides health and wellness advertisers with integrated solutions."

"This partnership creates a powerful alliance between two of the most trustworthy sources of news and information in the health and wellness sector," says Christopher J. Culver, the Chief Executive Officer of Health Media Network. "This alliance provides unprecedented reach for advertisers that want to engage their brands with multiple touchpoints, at every moment during consumer's health journey – from home to Point of Care and beyond."
