FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A. Inc. is showing the latest addition to its resourceful and highly-regarded family of digital portable solutions, the FDR Go at the 2012 meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). It represents the latest evolution of our digital portable portfolio.
"We know that portable imaging is a very fast-paced and demanding environment. A portable system that can consistently capture high-quality images quickly, comfortably and efficiently is an absolute necessity. That's what we have always designed for, and it's why we continue to innovate and evolve our portable line," says Robert Fabrizio, Director of Marketing and Product Development, Digital X-ray at Fujifilm. "From the original FCR Go to our latest FDR Go and FDR-flex, our innovations continue to build diagnostic confidence and improved patient care."
Fujifilm's original FCR Go portables were noted for outstanding images, improved efficiency, and reliable wireless communication. With our new DR models we have evolved to a next-generation level with advanced Fujifilm DR features such as Irradiated Side Sampling (ISS) and Dynamic Visualization (DV). ISS senses x-rays at the top detector layer, minimizing light spread (blur) and capturing sharper signals. DV clarifies images for higher visibility detail and enables wider range of window and leveling throughout the entire image.
