Vibrant joins Bike MS NYC to raise money for National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Vibrant will participate in Bike MS NYC on Sunday, October 3 to increase awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and to raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The race, hosted by the Southern NY Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, will include nearly 6,000 cyclists across two Bike MS NYC locations. The event is expected to raise more than $3 million in support of the hundreds of annual comprehensive programs and services the chapter offers for people living with MS in the five boroughs of NYC as well as in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Sullivan counties.

MediaVest, Mindshare and Coca-Cola have also teamed with Vibrant to raise more than $10,000 to support research for the cause, treatment and cure of this unpredictable disease that afflicts the central nervous system.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports studies which hope to reveal the cause and course of the disease in addition to providing much needed education, programs and services to everyone who is affected by MS - including the diagnosed, their friends and families, and the healthcare professionals who work with them. The Bike MS NYC race on Sunday, October 3 begins at 7:30am at Pier 94, West 54th Street at the Hudson River.
