Chemclin's Anti-TP assay provides components for in-vitro qualitative determination of Anti-TP

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

Chemclin's Anti-TP assay provides components for in-vitro qualitative determination of Antibody to Treponema Pallidum (Anti-TP) in human serum or plasma by a double - antigen sandwich chemiluminescent assay method.

Chemclin's Anti-TP assay has a positive correlation to the existing commercial methods, such as TRUST and TPPA which have been widely used by both domestic and international companies. With a high sensitivity, it may be suitable for screening a large number of samples following a nontreponemal screening test.

Syphilis is one of the common and sexually transmitted diseases caused by Treponema Pallidum (TP). Syphilis has a long clinical progress and variously complicated clinical syndromes. It may damage most of tissues and organs in human body, and can be recurrent frequently. Syphilis mainly damages skin's mucous membranes at an early stage and internal organs at a late stage. Serious syphilis patients may have cardiovascular system and nervous system damaged.
