In continuing their efforts to assist New Yorkers return to normalcy after the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, MetroStar Home Health Products, a privately owned Home Health Products company located at http://www.MetroStarDME.com, will be collecting new, unwrapped toys to distribute to children throughout those areas most impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

As thousands of families throughout New York City remain displaced and are still picking up the pieces of their lives while slowly rebuilding their homes, MetroStar is once again dedicating a considerable amount of resources to facilitate a month-long Toy Drive.

"Our goal is today as it has been since the beginning of our relief efforts, and that is to help New Yorkers recover and rebuild in any way we possibly can," stated Isaac Newman, Chief Operating Officer at MetroStar.

With so many families still displaced and distraught, MetroStar will be hosting a four week long toy drive. Beginning November 22, 2012 there will be drop-off boxes in front of MetroStar's new showroom located at 5359 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, N.Y.

"The overwhelming response to our Hurricane Relief Drive has inspired us to do this toy drive, and we are extremely excited at the prospect of putting smiles on so many children's faces," continued Newman.

Joining in MetroStar's efforts is Brooklyn based toy store Totally Toys, located at 1435 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11230 and available by phone at 718-758-0088. Totally Toys has generously offered a 10% discount for those individuals whose purchases are earmarked for the MetroStar Toy Drive. All Toys collected will be distributed in conjunction with charitable organizations throughout New York.

Located at 5359 Kings Highway, MetroStar stays committed to serving the community. The company offers same or next day delivery on all home health medical equipment.
