EMQ FamiliesFirst offers Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program in Monterey County

EMQ FamiliesFirst has expanded its program offerings and now offers the Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program (TBS) http://www.emqff.org/services/tbs.shtml in Monterey County. The addition of TBS to the Salinas office represents an extended reach of the agency's proven program. TBS helps eligible children who need short-term behavioral support in addition to any other mental health services they are receiving. EMQ FamiliesFirst is California's largest children's services agency for children in crisis and their families. http://www.emqff.org/about/index.shtml

"We were very excited to be selected as one of the new TBS providers in Monterey County," said Linda Nunn, associate director Santa Clara and Monterey Counties. "We look forward to doing whatever it takes to serve the youth and families in this community and to help them reach their goals of moving beyond crisis, staying together and living healthier lives."

In addition to TBS, the Salinas office also offers foster care and adoption services.
