You can attach the NanoPick Extension Head to your own inverted microscope to isolate single cells with high precision and unprecedented efficiency.

Features:

Cost-effective solution with high modularity

Viable cells

After the sorting process, one single cell arrives in each PCR tube – remaining viable

High-speed imaging

Typical scanning speeds range from 100 to 1,000 cells per second, with cell picking speeds ranging from 3 to 4 single cells per minute

High-quality imaging

Computer vision can recognize both unlabeled and fluorescent cells. You can sort cells tagged with fluorescent probes or markers.

Fully automated

Can be completely automated with an easy-to-use interface

Unprecedented precision

Excellent liquid handling precision: 0.1 nL, with a single cell isolation efficiency of > 90 %

Software included

CellSorter offers user-friendly software with an easy user interface (UI) and free software upgrades for all instruments.
