They honored pledges not to raise taxes by enacting huge spending cuts to balance budgets in Florida and Texas.

Nathan Deal's committee on health exchanges met at the state Capitol for introductions and background on their task. ... Vermont is moving one step closer to a goal of its Democratic governor: a state-run health plan that would insure most of its 625,000 residents. The bill Gov.
