Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals Inc. today announced its official U.S. launch. The new company incorporates the former Berlex Inc.into Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, as part of Bayer's acquisition of Schering AG, Germany, Berlex's former parent company.
