Todd brings over 25 years of strategic leadership experience in supply chain operations across industries including medical devices, electronics, food, and industrial manufacturing. A supply chain enthusiast, Todd leverages his expertise to anticipate potential risks, solve complex problems, and identify pathways to success. Todd holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Management from Bethel College. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and is a former board member of the Association for Supply Chain Manage.

Chris Povich is a seasoned sales and business development leader with over 25 years of experience helping advanced manufacturing companies achieve breakthrough results through large-scale technology solutions. He has led revenue growth initiatives across industries including medical devices, consumer electronics, energy storage, EV, semiconductor, AR/VR, and aerospace. Most recently, Chris spent a decade at DWFritz Automation leading engineer-to-order sales for high-speed precision automation systems. He also held leadership roles at Greatbatch Medical (now Integer), Micro Power Solutions, FEI Company, and Fujimi America. As VP of Global Medical Life Science Automation Sales at Ascential Technologies, Chris is responsible for building and scaling the automation sales organization and delivering end-to-end design-to-manufacturing solutions that maximize value for leading medical device manufacturers. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA in Innovation and Technology from Portland State University, and lives in Portland, OR, with his wife and two daughters.
