Gottlieb to open new health center in the near west suburbs

Gottlieb Memorial Hospital is opening a new health center designed around the needs of patients in the near west suburbs. The Gottlieb Center for Immediate Care at River Forest, 7617 W. North Ave., is part of the Loyola University Health System. Physicians from both the Loyola Maywood and the Gottlieb Melrose Park campuses will together care for patients at the nearly 10,000 square-foot new facility.

AAPHC chooses eClinicalWorks comprehensive EHR solution

eClinicalWorks, a market leader in ambulatory clinical systems, today announced that Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC), the largest primary physician practice in Southwest Georgia and a Community Health Center (CHC), has chosen eClinicalWorks comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) solution across its 14 locations. Roundup: Poll finds satisfaction with Mass. health coverage; Kan. Gov. seeks Medicaid block grant

The first survey of consumers who receive subsidized health insurance through the state's Health Connector shows most give it high marks, according to results released yesterday by the Connector Authority. Eighty-six percent of those surveyed said they were pleased with the range of services covered and the quality of care available, and 82 percent had similar feelings about their choice of doctors.
