The MVE Variō™ Series is an energy-efficient biobanking solution delivering ultra-low temperatures while providing complete control.
This innovative series offers an alternative to ULT mechanical freezers while providing users with complete control. Both the MVE 1500 and 1800 Variō™ models feature user-selectable temperatures ranging from -20 to -150 °C. In addition, an optional conversion kit enables the Variō™ to operate as a high-efficiency -190 °C freezer.
Be ultra-confident in the samples
The MVE Variō™ Series features a fully dry sample storage environment, helping reduce the risk of sample contamination from contact with LN2. In addition, the series delivers a uniform temperature profile, unlike mechanical freezers that permit heat ingress when opened.
Even during lid openings or when warm samples are added, temperature fluctuations remain minimal. As a result, samples are continuously protected from transient warming events that can persist after the freezer has been closed.
