The compact recirculating chiller from IKA has a robust cooling capacity of 400 W and has been developed for simple cooling tasks as low as −10°C.

The RC 2 lite is an ideal peripheral device meant for cooling reflux condensers and rotary evaporators, or it can be used as a cooling source for devices that disperse heat using a heat exchanger (for example, cooling coils, laboratory reactors, cooled incubators and double-walled grinding containers).

Over the years, the easy-to-clean and easily accessible stainless steel mesh filter ensures a uniform, high cooling capacity. The RC 2 lite can rapidly reach low temperatures because of the low-filling volume of just 1 L.

The huge working volume of 2.5 L allows a large number of external applications without having to refill liquids. Within the reservoir, the filling level can be clearly seen through the huge, illuminated sight glass.

The robust pressure and suction pump allows concurrent operation of many small applications and also external applications in open bath vessels along with a level controller.

The natural refrigerant R290 makes the RC 2 lite incredibly eco-friendly and well prepared for the days to come.
