BioMed declares $0.20 first quarter dividend

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. today announced that its board of directors has declared a first quarter 2011 dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock, representing a 17.6% increase over the company's fourth quarter 2010 dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $0.80 per common share.
