    It is utterly impossible to get HIV from even an infected partner if he doesn't have sores, bacterial infection or cuts/rips but you are over 100,000 times less likely to get HIV from oral than anal. Only 0.6% of the population has HIV and your chance from getting it from even unprotected anal is moderate. If you do have unprotected sex and you don't have rough anal sex than you even have less of a serous chance of infection. In a CDC study said that men that had rough anal sex without lube were three times more likely then light anal sex with lube even if they had hominoids.
