1. John Vaughn John Vaughn United States says:

I have been travel once or twice a month since 2005. I have not had as much trouble as I have with this service. They cannot get their act straight no matter how much time you give them. I notified my clinic I was going to Puerto Rico from 11/24 through 12/3 in September, the clinic notified them of the travel the 1st week of Octobere and they waited until 11/15 to tell me that they could not do my dialysis until Monday the 11/28 because some realyy dumb rule about having someone from the business office there to witness my signature. In all my travel, I have signed the documentation with the nurse who is in charge when the office personnel are not in for the day.
