Seems to me that, once SARS or SARS-COV-2 gets into the bloodstream, clotting and damage are highly probable.
From a survival point of view, if your immune system does not shut down the virus before it gets deep into the lungs, a poor outcome is almost assured.
Now, if there is no pre-existing immunity, any spike protein circulating after mRNA vaccination or any mRNA which escapes the injection site, could trigger clotting elsewhere in the body, unless the immune system intercepts the spike protein first
