    Congrats to Dr. Lustig for doing the research and speaking up. Most of know sugar is bad for us but we just amble on anyway figuring it won't kill us today.

    The one part of his article in Nature that really took courage, and seems to not be getting enough press, is the AGE LIMITS he recommends. I love this idea. Children need a choice about sugar. They need NOT to be exposed, like coffee and alcohol, as kids and make the choice later with better information and maturity. Bravo Dr. Lustic.
