The author tosses out "in silico", with ZERO explanation, and subsequent language that suggests they do not know the meaning of it. It is not real - it is the result of highly-speculative structure-based computational studies, and NOT real experiment. Everything after "in-silico" is an AI-type prediction and only a barely-educated guess (or should be noted otherwise). The author also over-interprets the original paper; they confirm only their positive prediction on methylprednisolone, but do NOT confirm the other claims herein. I worry that relevant people are referring to this summary and are being misled, and suggest the corrections be made and the speculative nature of the study be underscored to a far greater extent.
