It is truly a balancing act. If you do too much you can end up in bed miserable for 2-3 days. Ive found I can do 1 activity per day and maintain. Activities would be washing clothes, or go mshopping, visit a doctor, eat lunch with a friend. My Long COVID Doc stated I was "doing too much" and thats why I wasnt improving. Since this feels like the Mono I had in high school and have read many papers on COVID -19 reactivating the EBV I feel that too much exercise would be counter-productive and may cause severe relapse in some. That is something this study nor article every addressed. My question is when are Western countries hurt by this virus going to ask China for reparations?  Many folks I know havent worked for 2-3 years. Your next article should explore those topics.
