Leading life science organizations collaborate for second London Bio-Innovation Week

One Nucleus, The Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS), and ELRIG today announced that they will be collaborating during the second London Bio-Innovation Week, to facilitate multi-event and community networking and partnering opportunities for life science companies, academic researchers, bio-entrepreneurs, investors and advisers. Building on the inaugural 2025 London Bio-Innovation Week, the initiative brings together a series of independently organized events taking place across London, creating opportunities for the bio-innovation communities served by One Nucleus, SLAS, and ELRIG to exchange knowledge, listen to the latest science updates, make new connections and explore potential collaborations.

London Bio-Innovation Week, which runs 7 th-11th December, 2026, will see each of the organizations delivering events in the UK’s capital city. While each event will be organized independently, their timing and location create an opportunity for participants to connect across events and engage with a broader cross-section of London’s life science community. To further support those seeking new collaborations, insights and opportunities, the event organizers will provide the opportunity for cross-community partnering. Those curious and interested in exchanging insights and exploring this exciting and inclusive opportunity will be able to access the One Nucleus Genesis app, to find others they would like to learn from, start their conversations and perhaps arrange to meet to consider onward collaboration.

Collaboration sits at the core of translating world leading bioscience research into new ventures developing innovative products and technologies to improve patient outcomes. The pace of change has perhaps never been greater, whether that is in technology, regulations or business models, so the opportunity to bring networks form across the spectrum on bio-innovation and enterprise of bio-innovation to share ideas, learn from each other and catalyse partnerships holds exciting value. Opening the Genesis conference partnering app to both attendees and non-attendees, providing a platform for connecting across the multiple events facilitates the opportunity further.”

Tony Jones, CEO, One Nucleus

Vicki Loise, CEO, SLAS, added: “Some of the most valuable connections happen when we bring different parts of the life sciences community together. SLAS is excited to close out the year in London alongside ELRIG and the One Nucleus community, giving people another opportunity to connect, share ideas and start conversations that we hope will carry into the year ahead.”

Sanj Kumar, CEO, ELRIG, commented: “Our collaboration with One Nucleus and SLAS for London Bio-Innovation Week is founded on a shared belief that great science thrives in strong communities. By promoting open access, increasing accessibility, and highlighting cutting-edge research, we aim to create a platform where innovation is shared, celebrated, and accelerated. We are proud to join forces once again with our partners to inspire discovery, foster collaboration, and bring world-class scientific content to the global drug discovery community.”
