Data from two phase Ib clinical trials of dacetuzumab for DLBCL reported

Seattle Genetics, Inc. today reported data from two phase Ib clinical trials of dacetuzumab, one in combination with Rituxan® (rituximab) and Gemzar® (gemcitabine) for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and the other in combination with Revlimid® (lenalidomide) for multiple myeloma.

Phase II clinical trial results reveal positive effects of omacetaxine against CML

Immunotec Inc. announced today the enrollment of the first patient in the US Cancer trial of IMN 1207 being run at Beaumont Hospital's Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP) in Royal Oak, Michigan. New data from Allos Therapeutics' FOLOTYN trial for PTCL

Allos Therapeutics, Inc. today reported a new analysis of data from the Company’s pivotal PROPEL trial of FOLOTYN™ (pralatrexate injection) in patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). This indication is based on overall response rate. Clinical benefit such as improvement in progression free survival or overall survival has not been demonstrated.
