Accretive Health closes initial public offering of common stock

Accretive Health, Inc. (NYSE: AH), a leading provider of end-to-end revenue cycle management services for U.S. healthcare providers, today announced it has closed its previously announced initial public offering of 11,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. Accretive Health sold 7,666,667 shares and selling shareholders sold an additional 3,833,333 shares of common stock in the offering, inclusive of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares that was exercised in full.

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated were joint book runners for the offering. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as co-managers of the offering.
