Former EffRx, Inc., Jupiter, FL, USA is now EffRx Pharmaceuticals SA, Biopôle, Route de la Corniche 4, Epalinges/Lausanne, Switzerland. The move took place on September 18, 2010 through a share exchange agreement.
Two new board members were appointed in conjunction with the establishment in Switzerland, which increases the number of Board members from 5 to 7:
Oscar Ahlgren, CEO of Västra Hamnen Fondkommision, Malmö, Sweden and Fritz Schneiter, former CEO of SwissCo AG, Sisseln, Switzerland have now joined the Board.
Three new management positions have also been filled supporting the Chairman & CEO, Christer Rosén, and CSO, Marshall Hayward, PhD, who both moved with the company to Switzerland.
