Terry White Chemists, Orabrush partner to fight against bad breath

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

Orabrush, the tongue cleaner that helps cure bad breath, today announced Terry White Chemists has joined the battle against bad breath as the first Orabrush retailer in Australia. The company has completed an exclusive period of selling the Orabrush in its 160 locations across Australia, and beginning this month Terry White Management will make the product available as an exclusive distributor in Australia and New Zealand.

Terry White Chemists is currently featuring Orabrush in prominent locations within its stores, with premium in-store advertising that include video displays. The stores' Orabrush displays feature TVs playing a DVD loop of the company's high-energy, offbeat YouTube videos, featuring the Orabrush Guy and Morgan the Orabrush tongue. Since the videos' initial explosion onto the social media scene in 2009, the YouTube channel has gained more than 37 million views, and the Orabrush channel has become the second-most-subscribed sponsor channel on YouTube, behind only Old Spice.

"Our company is consistently focused on providing the best and newest products for our customers, and the innovative Orabrush fits that bill perfectly," said Harry Nina, general manager of global sourcing of Terry White Chemists. "We are thrilled to be the first Orabrush retailer in Australia, and we anticipate that the Orabrush will fly off the shelves in all of our locations - and in stores throughout the country as we begin distributing to other stores after our initial exclusive."

"This partnership with Terry White Chemists shows not only how widespread Orabrush is in the global social media scene, but also how well the product resonates with retailers and their customers," said Jeff Davis, President and CEO of Orabrush. "We have had phenomenal success online selling the Orabrush online to more than 115 countries, and we are experiencing tremendous growth globally through respected traditional retail channels."
