Merus applies for listing on TSX Venture Exchange

Merus Labs International Inc. ("Merus" or the "Company") reports that it has made application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.

 Listing of the company's common shares and their eventual trading over the TSX Venture is conditional on fulfilling all conditions required by the exchange. The company provides no assurance that such application will be accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange.
