... in response to Naso-Orbital-Ethmoid Fractures
  1. Zach Z Zach Z United States says:

Not bad but a few things this article forgot to mention is Naso-ethmoid fractures often lead to csf leaks, meningitis, and obstruct ventilation and drainage. The last component I would mention is that it is virtually impossible to find doctors willing to fix them Take it from someone with a very clear cut case including globe position changes, facial edema, a csf leak, no airway or drainage on the affected side, and recurring meningitis. Yes really recurring meningitis. I have been all over the top ENTS U.S. and no one will fix it. I got it from sinus surgery which is probably why no one will fix it. Sad but even after 6 years of suffering very sick, recurring meningitis, and losing Brian fluid they would rather not be involved in something that makes another surgeon look guilty than put the patient first. Despite the fact that I have absolutely no interest in sueing another doctor anyway and just want to live a happy healthy life like everyone else. I think people should here reading should know this is a very serious Risk of sinus surgery and how the chances of you getting it fixed if it does happen is close to zero. You will spend a life time in pain and suffering.
