    Recently bowled for the first time in probably 5 years. Was never a bowler so this is not a recurring injury. Ended up bowling 5 games and my thumb was numb by the end. It is now still numb a week later. I have no redness, pain, loss of strength/range of motion or any other issues aside from numbness on the inside of my thumb and towards the tip. Unsure if time is the only thing that can help, but I really need to speed the healing process as this numbness is driving me crazy. Please help!
