I am replying to my second attack since my last one in May this year.  It happened last Saturday morning while praying in the chapel.  I felt some numbness in the right arm and I tried to wriggle it to try to prevent it from getting a stroke.  Next minute I couldn't pronounce the words and I thought "Oh Know, is it happening?" The Sisters who were praying with me called out if I was all right and I was just shaking my head as I just couldn't speak.  So I was advised to go and lie down and I did.  This lasted 20 minutes.  The next day I went to see my doctor and she told me that this type of migraine is very unusual and dangerous.  It can occur at anytime and anywhere.  It can be dealt with only by the neurologist as he can give the right medication with the right dosage.  By the way I am a Franciscan Sister of the Heart of Jesus and I bless you all especially you all out there who suffer from this crazy dilemma and I know what you are going through.
