Midwife shortage in developing countries contributing to deaths of mothers, infants, Save the Children report says

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and Mayo Clinic in Florida have expanded their agreement, making Mayo Clinic an in-network option for BCBSF BlueOptions members, effective April 1, 2011.
