As one Republican pollster told me, though a majority of voters don't like Obamacare, they're not angry enough about it to risk a fiscal crisis that could hurt the economy. New Hampshire's home health leaders today released new polling data on New Hampshire seniors' opinions on the value of skilled home healthcare services in the Medicare program and proposed cuts that threaten to reduce Medicare payments by an unprecedented 14 percent. The survey polled 549 New Hampshire registered voters aged 65 and older.

Centene Corporation announced today that CeltiCare Health Plan, its Massachusetts subsidiary, was notified by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services that it has been awarded a contract to participate in the MassHealth CarePlus program in all five regions, with a contract effective date of October 15, 2013 and commencement of coverage on January 1, 2014.
