Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd., (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; president and CEO: Nobuo Hanai, "Kyowa Hakko Kirin") and Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Waltham, Mass.; president and CEO: Arlene M.
