National Health Partners, Inc. (OTCBB:NHPR), a leading provider of unique discount healthcare membership programs, announced today that it expects to generate record revenue and positive cash flow from operating activities during its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010 due to the successful launch of several large-scale sales campaigns by its partners.
The company expects to generate record revenue of between $1.5 and $2 million during its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010, representing triple the amount of revenue generated during its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009. As a result of the substantial increase in revenue, the company expects to generate positive cash flow from operating activities during the quarter and full 2010 fiscal year. This will represent the first time in the company’s history that it has achieved positive cash flow from operating activities for a full fiscal quarter and fiscal year.
“I am very excited that our sales campaigns are launching during December as we hoped and that they are beginning to generate substantial sales for us,” stated David M. Daniels, President and Chief Executive Officer of National Health Partners. “We have been working with numerous sales partners for the past few months, all of whom were attempting to implement some very impressive sales campaigns on our behalf. Some of these partners began selling our CARExpress programs through these campaigns earlier this month and have started to generate substantial sales for us. The substantial increase in sales that we are experiencing will beneficially impact the first quarter of 2010 and the entire 2010 year.”
“We expect revenue for the first quarter of 2010 to triple to a record $1.5 to $2 million from the amount of revenue generated during our third quarter of 2009,” continued Mr. Daniels. “We also expect to generate positive cash flow from operations for the first quarter of 2010 and the entire 2010 year. This will mark the first time in our history that we will have achieved positive cash flow from operating activities for a full fiscal quarter and year. We expect revenue growth to continue to accelerate throughout 2010 as all of our business partners’ sales campaigns are launched and producing at peak levels. We will be issuing additional news to our shareholders during the remainder of this month to announce the launch of new sales campaigns by our business partners and to provide additional information regarding the financial results that we expect to achieve for subsequent fiscal quarters during 2010.”
