MOCON declares quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share

MOCON, Inc. (Nasdaq:MOCO) announced today that on December 17, 2009, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share, payable on February 19, 2010, to shareholders of record on February 5, 2010.

The Company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 86th consecutive quarter. Prior to the present policy of quarterly dividends, the Company had been paying dividends on a semi-annual basis since 1984.
