Siemens signs long-term lease at Lightstone Group's Service Center in St. Rose

The Lightstone Group announced today that Siemens Corporation signed a 25,498 square-foot, long-term lease at Lightstone Group's Service Center 24 building in James Business Park in St. Rose, La. The Lightstone Group's South Louisiana portfolio, which is managed by Sealy & Company, Inc., is currently 92 percent leased.

"This deal brings together Siemens Corporation and Siemens Sylvania and allows them to work efficiently," said Jennifer Lee, director of marketing and leasing for Sealy & Company, representative for the Lightstone Group. "We look forward to a long, friendly professional relationship with them for years to come."

James Business Park is located between the New Orleans International Airport and Interstate 310 on Airline Drive. This industrial and warehouse location is also home to Kongsberg Simrad and Fresenius Medical Care.
