Metrohm is the market leader for ion analysis. Analytica is the most important trade show for us on a global scale. We are here to meet our customers, show them our new products and make plans for their future with Metrohm.
What products are you highlighting at Analytica?
We are highlighting a range of products from every one of our divisions, from the Mira DS handheld Raman Analyzer from Metrohm Raman, to the OMNIS platform.
The OMNIS titration platform is expanded with Karl Fischer titration this year, from a stand-alone titrator to a fully automated solution on our OMNIS Sample Robot.
We also want to highlight to our customers that this platform will grow and expand to address all their future needs.
What makes this product different from anything else on the market?
The OMNIS platform is the first fully modular titration system. You can configure the system as you need it for your current purposes, but you have the flexibility to add-on further hardware and additional functionality to grow the system with your application needs
A high level of automation is also introduced, enabling users to perform 4 measurements in parallel. This years’ highlight is a fully automated system for Karl Fischer titration, which means that the interaction with the system can be reduced to a minimum, with no exposure to the chemicals.
For standalone Karl-Fischer titration we highlight the automated titration start after sample addition and the automated reagent exchange with the OMNIS Solvent Module. For our customers this means a maximum of user comfort and safety, of course, along with the analytical precision that they are used to from Metrohm.
Which industries will benefit from this product?
The applications for our products are spread over all industries, with no limitations, for example the pharmaceutical, food, petro-chemical and environmental industries.
