    Usually, the gender dysphoria goes away with transitioning. You have to distance yourselves from family & friends to get total acceptance from people who don't know us.I transitioned 40+ years ago. People do accept you if you pass well and don't tell anyone. The second the phobic learn of our past the change happens in their mind right then. Moreso than ever in the operating room.Trans or not 90% of people are on anti-depressants in this country. Don't be lazy and slap the crazy label on things you do not know about or are educated on.
