Do you really want to get rid of it?
I had it for decades and I discovered inadvertently the method to stop it.
It has to do with excessive pressure from interstitial fluid that the lymphatic system doesn't
not pick up. Your lymphatic system is not 100% and over time it starts building pressure
    making your ears have tinnitus.
I found that by taking my right finger or thumb below the ear in that hollow that is there from the
neck muscles , then turn my head to the left and with my left hand below the chin bone and slightly pulling
away from the finger or thumb while pushing down a bit that tight muscle starts to unwind a bit while running
your left hand down the tightness on your windpipe
Keep doing that till you get down to the collar bone. It will feel like fluid running down, which is what is
happening . Don't be surprised if it feels oily as you do that. It's a good sign , means you are working it out of your skull.
It will take some time your body had a lifetime head start on you.
reverse procedure with the other side. It's really nice to get rid of it .
I can about this discovery in getting rid of facial wrinkles.
I believe it to be the underlying reason for the buildup of tangles and amyloid plaque in ALZ
Scoff if you like but you should really try it before you flame me. It worked for me and the logic is
    solid
