I'm curious as to whether the levels of magnesium and Vit K2 in the participants had any effect on bone formation.  K2 helps direct calcium into the bones.  Magnesium is necessary for the proper utilization of vitamin D and calcium.  There should be additional studies undertaken to study the contribution of these co-factors to the formation of bone density.
