    Apparently, the "high-dose" shot still isn't very effective at preventing the flu or people wouldn't GET the flu in the first place. However, since the article fails to tell us real numbers, it's difficult to know how "successful" the vaccine is it preventing deaths. Also, just BEING in a hospital-which by most accounts is a cesspool of viruses and bacteria-poses the threat of death. Did the study take into account deaths from nonsocimial infections or injuries? Probably not.
