Obviously none of us would prefer to be in the previously infected, vaccinated group over the uninfected, vaccinated group.  That would defeat the purpose of vaccination.  It does highlight the need to for people who have been infected to get vaccinated, and for us to develop even better vaccines that provide similar or better immunity to variants among uninfected people than the the infected, vaccinated group in this study.
