Much appreciated that "finally" a study that confirms what many of we patients, mentors, and most Urologists and Medical Oncologists concluded years ago and prior to the USPSTF doing similar as to the reasoning noted here of the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare to not support PSA and other screening for men.  These people who sit on these "reasoning" boards have little idea of what it is like to experience or treat prostate cancer. Always a concern that such "boards" fail to include those physicians who perform the treatment of prostate cancer in all its levels of diagnosis.  I would hope that more studies are performed to support the "reasonable" conclusion of Maria Franlund, MD, PhD!
